Gracie resale prices will go down — just wait and do not buy right now. Resellers are messing with you, but they know she (and any other artist really) does not have the same pull and prominence as Taylor’s 3.5 hour setlist covering 10-11 albums. People will not be nearly as willing to pay thousands, so as the shows approach, I expect prices will drop.
