Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Extra rest if possible. Chicken soup. Drink hot lemon water with honey throughout the day. Vicks VapoRub on chest covered with a warm dry cloth. Diffuse natural oils and/or use a vaporizer. Sit in steamy hot shower with eucalyptus shower steamer.
