Sure, open up your own company and do it by yourself. Don’t force other people to do what they want with their company or payment, payment too low? Don’t work there, very jealous of what a CEO makes? Why should I as an owner of a company that hires you for a service cap my own salary from my own company? Don’t be lazy, be better, find a better job or make yourself your own company and have what you always wanted.

It would literally be the happiest company in the world. We would thrive and become the model for a better world. Don't take my word for it, a Ceo already did it and now his employees can live in a house and raise their kids in peace. A rich world is one where I don't have to see everyone suffering.
