After a few years in a row of making up to 12 different kind of Christmas cookies, this Jewish Quilter has had enough. I’m going to make four different kinds of Christmas cookies. That’s it. No more. I have begged my family to give me their choices, to no avail. So I’m turning to you, Internet. Tell me your favorite Christmas cookie and remember, I can only make four different kinds.

That said, Regan Daley’s In the Sweet Kitchen has a toffee shortbread recipe that causes small riots in my household. Best cookies, delicious dough.
