Russia has reportedly developed the “Kalinka” monitoring system, which is designed to detect and counteract signals from SpaceX’s Starlink satellites, widely used in Ukraine’s military communications. This system can identify stationary and mobile Starlink communication nodes, including those on unmanned aerial and maritime drones, at distances up to 15 kilometers. Kalinka is adaptable for use on platforms such as jet skis, boats, and helicopters and has already entered small-scale production.
