Well, I meant more like rival drug lords. Big Pharma might... but they're not going to try to kill you. They'll only push for your arrest. A lot of drugs are naturally occurring substances. They legally can't own a patent on those. All they can do is own the intellectual property on the process of making it.

Right… no matter what the money is made from selling, there will always be competition. And people kill over stuff like that unfortunately.
