I booked the hotel in Taipei with breakfast included for 2 nights in November, but was told that there's no breakfast provided. The hotel still has the audacity to publish breakfast rates til now, I sent feedback s to Agoda but no response, no solutions. Luckily it's doesn't cost much. Agoda sucks!
