My body couldn't handle any hormonal BC, and the non-hormonal options didn't work either, so I had to get a tubal ligation. But I also know that people with Endo and PCOS rely on BC. BC is a medication like any other. It has side effects, but for some people, the benefits outweigh the side effects. Don't go around saying it's bad for everyone. That's health misinformation.
