Understanding that this is not what you’re asking for, but I work in energy policy and want to give some assistance for replacing your furnace - call your states Public Service Commission (or PUC), there will be a ratepayer advocate office. They can help and tell you how to access assistance programs to replace the furnace with an energy efficient one. Happy to help in DM.
