Bakit ang pangit ng banking experience sa Pinas? BDO specifically. Not sure kung pati sa ibang banks ganito din. I’m overseas and kailangan ko ng bank statement ng savings ko. It took them 1 week to reply sa email ko. Then now I have to fill out 4 different scanned forms and send it back to them so they can send me a scanned copy of my printed SOA na btw, walang ETA. Pakiramdaman pa kung kelan issend. Serious question, may rule or policy ba locally that prevents them from innovating the system?
