IF YOU GET CRAVINGS READ THIS: A common pattern I notice amongst many of my clients is those who don’t eat well throughout the middle of the day have increased late afternoon/late night snacking and craving tendencies. Eating nutritious and satiating food throughout the peak of the day is key in regulating eating patterns and preventing late day cravings.
