They should be because we as a unified nation have one flag. That is the flag that belongs in the classroom. If we had to allow all Priders in America to have their flag in the classroom with the American flag there wouldn't be room for Students. The Prides who recognize the Rainbow Flag want to force your child to learn their pride because they feel it earns more respect than American Pride. You want the Pride Flag in your classrooms then start your own pride schools.
