I'm so tired of West Jet changing my seats on my flights when I prepaid for seat selection and extra leg room. @westjet you've done this to 2 trips now. Twice with a trip and now once with another. I spent a total of 10 hours over two calls with the first trip and now I'm holding again. I can't do it online because one flight has no extra leg room and the other wants to charge me a second time for the leg room.
