Hi :) Actually, a huge focus for female (and some male) coaches/trainers in women’s fitness is helping women overcome postpartum damage that was never addressed because our healthcare model didn’t address pelvic floor damage or diastes recti. So we have a high rate of pelvic floor dysfunction in this country, including incontinance and prolapse, that are entirely reversible—even decades after childbirth. Fitness pros are also working hard to normalize real bodies as not being wrecked.
