I agree! Reading comics is the first step to making comics. I read over 100 comic series this year alone. I’d say pacing and composition are the things new comic artists struggle with, staring at a blank page is daunting, especially when you have no idea how the story beats should flow naturally. I suppose it all comes down to trial and error.
