The past 3 days, I've been in a continuing education class (massage therapy). It's the first time I've been in a structured educational setting since realizing I'm neurodivergent. Day 1, I was flying high on new information that is (once I get the hang of it) revolutionize my practice, hanging out with new friends, being all extroverty.
