It always bugged me as a kid that the Lois Lane of the Christopher Reeve SUPERMAN movies was supposed to be this award-winning investigative journalist but she couldn’t figure out that Clark was really the Man of Steel! I was pleased that the Zack Snyder films corrected that.

I myself like that the movie put Lois’s investigative abilities to work by having her discover who and what Clark Kent was. It was nice to have that on the big screen. It had verisimilitude as well.
