Stopped watching nearly all medical shows 30 years ago when, on ER, an ER intern with no attending present floated a temporary pacer blind (no fluoroscopy) into a coding patient's heart. The only med show I've watched since was the comedy Scrubs.

I was a residency coordinator for years….. the show is entertaining but eye rolling.

Every medical show grossly misrepresents organ donation and transplant. It’s so bad for the people waiting, and those who have already made the selfless decision to donate, to have donation tainted by mistruths in the name of entertainment.
