We do have private insurance here though and somebody has to be the head honcho. They don’t deserve to be killed because underlings have knocked people back for claims.

This is true. What is of concern is that it is not in the underlings making crazy decisions, it is a company and its directors, making the decision to use AI to refuse 90% of claims. Or requiring its underlings to refuse claims. This is no justification to kill the CEO. But it does explain the anger.

That’s not what happened at all. The executives won bonuses if the declined more paying customers. There lies the problem. Paying customers died because the executives wanted more bonuses for themselves. It was never their money. They played with people’s health and many died.
