Health insurance is $ spent on fixing problems, not preventing them. Wanna spend less on fixing problems (and by extension less on insurance)? Eat better and move more. The level of unhealthy, disease-causing eating in this country is off the charts. Big portions of crappy ultra-processed foods. And we are a nation of cars, which decreases the amount of healthy walking/movement we get.
