Such a bad take. Racking and racking many deadlifts takes up to an hour depending how heavy you go. Then you have the rest of your workout.

Come join me then please see if you can handle my four hours of super setting the same muscle group and then cardio. Pretty sure I’m stronger than you. Also I use a weighted vest at 20 kg and I incorporate EMS training let’s see what you can bench with the EMS cranked pads up to full.
