Made an appointment. Cancelled it more than 24 hours in advance. The vendor contacted me and advised there’s a $25 cancellation fee. FOR WHAT? I completely understand for last minute cancels, but more than a day ahead feels like you want me to pay you because I changed my mind. This is part of the reason I haven’t been getting any beauty services. The rules and the fees. Black Women am I trippin?

Money isn’t guaranteed until you’ve provided your service. Simply being booked is not providing said service. If someone cancels (within your made up policy), then oh well better luck next time. Want guaranteed money? Get a 9-5.
