Shelter and rescue kitties need homes, and unlike CDS cats, their personalities have been observed and evaluated by a human who can help you figure out if they're a good match for you! Besides, there are shelter cats who are there because the CDS tried to deliver them to a person who genuinely could not accept that bounty.
