Today we went to meet our “old lady “ there’s a lady in the nursing home by our house that we drive past everyday on the school run and she stands at the window waving 👋 she honestly makes our day .. so today I said to the kids fuck it lets go take her some flowers , so we rang the intercom went in and said “this might sound weird but there’s a lady that waves at us out the window and we wanted to give her these “ so we totted along to room number NINE (obvs coz my number is 9)

3 分鐘內	Lyndsey Shelley the_success_witch	Gave her the flowers and told her what a light she’s been to us and many (our neighbours also comment about her waving ) 👋 and she was really taken back and said that 3 years ago she felt really sad and lonely and one day she waved at someone walking passed and they waved back and she’s been waving ever since … I guess I just wanted to share this for 2 reasons … 1) Purpose , this lady found purpose and joy in the simplest of acts and that is her spreading her light to the world 🌎

I always said hello, exchanged small pleasantries (I was working I couldn’t stay long). Towards the end of the day she was still there so I asked a staff member why she was there. They said she sits there all day, every day, waiting for someone to take her home. No-one comes evem to visit. I wanted to smuggle her out and take her home. 😢
