Hot take: training one day per week, every week, for an entire year, is better than training 6 days per week, but then taking several weeks off, then coming back, then taking more time off… If you feel like you can’t train as much as you’d like, commit to one day per week. If you can do more, great. But consistency is what will yield results. Go train. OSS! grappling
