I used EB recently and ended up with A28. I'm pretty sure I was probably the 70th person to get on that airplane. There was at least a dozen people who needed wheelchairs on departure. I overheard one of the attendants saying only two people needed them on arrival. I like Southwest, but I'm getting pretty tired of this nonsense.
