So I need advice or maybe confirmation that I'm doing the right thing from a woman's perspective. So short version, coworker and I bonded over our friend getting fired and ended up in a fwb situation. Feelings are now involved on both sides, but she's not ready for a relationship. We've discussed the situation at lengths as we are communicative about how we feel. Am I doing the right thing by being understanding and saying that it's ok to continue our current fwb until she's ready?
