Forgive this comment if you already know, but NM is cold in winter, and it can snow a lot, especially in Santa Fe and to the north. I know of so many people, including recently my daughter’s boyfriend, who visit ill-prepared for the weather. They think it’s desert like Palm Springs or Phoenix, and it’s not. Santa Fe is 7,000 ft. above sea level, where the high desert meets the Rockies. Southern NM is different, but it still is chilly in winter in my experience. I hope you guys have a great visit
