Seriously would it kill one of the staff “supervisors” watching over the checkouts at Coles to help an elderly man with a clear disability? These self checkout’s are the worst thing ever in retail. Only one checkout out of 15 with a staff member. Worst thing in retail ever.

I was shopping and was flustered, hot and sweaty and started to feel a bit sick, the supervisor came over, asked if she could help, scanned and bagged my shopping and packed it in my trolley. All I had to do was pay. I guess it depends on the store and individual staff member. Some give a crap, others don’t. I’m lucky my local is the former. Never had a bad experience there.
