I'm still plugging away at 2010's Best Picture race. Just watched True Grit, which I found enjoyably gripping. Jeff Bridges is particularly engaging as Rooster Cogburn, the role that won John Wayne an Oscar. And as an added bonus, I briefly touch on the current awards season in the preamble.
