The biggest reason you may not be healing from your injury as quickly as you want isn’t because of:
▫️RICE (which has been shown to be unhelpful)
▫️Tylenol/Ibuprofen- which makes you insensitive and is synthetic
▫️Weakness
It’s probably multi layered and the person who is trying to sell you 1 move to ‘cure’ your pain hasn’t accounted for your; age, genetics, psychological conditioning, gut health, sleep, nutrition, time, hormones, stress, neural adaptation, rehab program, etc.
