1. I knew hot flashes were a thing but I don't think I've ever read a description of the experience outside of "you suddenly get very hot" and while that was the case, I was not expecting the accompanying panic attacks. 2. As a Capricorn moon, I pride myself on my emotional stability. Which is why crying at the drop of a hat is ruining my street cred. 3. General exhaustion outside of my normal sense of general exhaustion. Like the exhaustion in my being got kicked up a notch.

66 and still having hot flashes- I feel sick as they come on, then the heat and sweat, then I’m cold when it passes. I reached a limit on hormones a long time ago and insurance won’t approve the exact new medication that was just approved for my situation ☹️

I’m getting some fun ones: inner ear itching, sore/frozen shoulders, daily headaches, waking nightly at 3am, and endless periods/spotting. How am I functioning? I’m not! Yay womanhood!

Does anyone have like chills only on certain parts of the body? I get them on top of my head and sometimes top of my legs. Only seems to happen in the last week of my cycle but when it first started last year I had it off and on for 2 weeks. Was weird because it was summer and hot and I was wondering why on earth I was feeling cold at the top of my leg
