Pelosi doesn't want change. She likes being in charge, and probably has a dossier on every house member. She's had a remarkable career, and we are very fortunate to have had her leadership. But it's time to pass the baton whether she likes it or not. @aoc is the next generation.

Her “dossier” is what she’s learned about each member and her ability to form consensus. It may be time for her to retire but not for the reasons you list
