Normalize not judging when you’re dealing with customers. Not everyone who walks into the coffee shop is equipped with the knowledge of coffee like you are. So instead of calling it soalan paling bodoh, why not we educate them and share our knowledge, as basic as it is. I was a barista too, almost 10 years ago. Tak semua yg datang ke cafe tu coffee expert. P/s: technically orang tu tak salah. Latte is indeed milk. Cafe latte baru ada espresso 😉
