That’s a really shitty situation and I’m sorry your system is so broken and fucking disgusting that the family was forced into that position, and then prosecuted for it. I think the evidence in that case was that the baby had been born alive and there was no way to tell how she had died. The girl didn’t have contact with grandma anyway because she had been abusive to her mother and while it was traumatic she didn’t regret the consequences for her grandma
