Situation: Called BPI to inquire about credit to cash and how much is the max I can borrow.
Spoke to 1st agent and asked me security questions and got answer wrong and told me to call again once I checked my account had to wait for another 10 mins and spoke to 2nd agent and after verifying me she told me that there was a system maintenance and cannot view my account but told me the max I can borrow is based on my credit card limit. If the 1st agent told me that I would not have wasted
my time.
