Stay away from chicken, fish and any animal protein, eat flaxseeds and other seeds. Exercise with high intensity. Don’t put cell phones and computers on laps or pockets for long time. Sleep 7-9 hours a day. Like the doc said stay away from screens at night. Laugh, love and let God I’m your life. Drink lots of water and get some sun light everyday.
