This job is up because I left….and my salary started at 38K when I started, had one raise to 39.5K….for the responsibilities and the amount of work, neither salary is worth it

I saw that job advertised a couple of days ago, and I was floored. I don’t know how anyone could afford to take that position unless they are being financially supported by someone else and/or they’re commuting hours into the city and sacrificing their work-life balance. It’s completely toxic 😒😠🤯
