Me: each family has different traditions, honey, and elves aren’t part of ours.

My hubby does it. Moves then around and leaves notes, no crazy stuff.

I have never and will never do it, I wanna keep what little sanity I have left thank you 😅

My ADHD could NEVER. I don't need that kind of pressure. Good thing my kids are like me and immediately forget about the Elf after the first time they ask why we don't have one 😂

No need to start until they can understand the story. Yes, it’s a bit much but it’s only 24 days and one day your kids will be grown and gone. 😔

I held off as long as I could, I really did. My daughter won an elf during Covid bingo in 4k, and it was just a doll that chilled with her Barbie’s. Last year my son started giving the elf magic, and now it’s been a fun game. Our son has so much fun with us grownups, surprising his sister each morning.

I avoid because the way my memory is set up, I’ll forget to move the damn thing everyday.

I have not and will not ever get one of those dumb elves. It’s a firm no.

My son is 12 now, we never started that darn thing and I'm grateful every year when I see my friends complain about. 😂

My sister told her son that the elf is allergic to cats so they can’t have one 😂
