I actually can’t express how annoying the adhd experience of constantly forgetting words is. I just spent like 5 minutes trying to think of the word ‘accommodation’ even though I use this word frequently. Just sat here brain foggy staring into space trying to remember. This happens regularly with words, names, passwords, etc. ADHD working memory differences are not discussed enough and it’s such a frustrating experience. Anyone else?
