I wouldn’t touch Nu Monday with a barge pole. Folksy is lovely and friendly and easy to use however it doesn’t have the organic footfall that Etsy does so you’ll have to drive traffic to your shop yourself. eBay very much depends what type of product you make. Amazon same. Etsy can be a challenge at times but it cannot be beaten in reality.
