Issue 1: The Food - Despite pre-ordering a day before, our order arrived late and cold. My hubby and sister had to wait extra 30 minutes for the pulled beef burger. Unfortunately, the beef was dry and cold. We are also expecting the truffle fries to be like those handcut fries (sebab Chef Wan kan), however we received those frozen ones. Bits yang keras tu. My mom ordered Cendol, tapi tak dapat because the waitress said " Santan belum mix, and condiments belum prepare"..( 2/3)

Have you emailed this to their customer service and make official complaint prior to posting here?

Saya 2 kali pergi makan kat de wan hahahaha hadoii azab!! Malas nak ngata lelebih. Sembang je lebih.. mmg tak berbaloi la byr mahal2 makanan tak sedap and service pun lembab.

First try dekat kl east mall..semua ok and sedap..then repeat kali kedua n ketiga dekat ioi city mall, masih ok..bila pergi kali ke 4 dkt ioi city mall, i dah start rasa kurang sikit masakan dia..now, pergi restoran pokok je dekat ioi city mall..sbb mcm xworth it nk pegi lagi huhuhu syg betul..

Malaysian maybe need to start learning send back the food if it doesn't meet the expectation especially at established restaurants.
