I think those are all possibilities if telepathy is real. Theoretically it could also have to do with picking up repressed feelings, deep unmet needs, shadow, and fated occurrences. The information in psychic awareness is all filtered through the psychic’s circumstances and conditions, so there maybe cross senses creating feelings of euphoria despite the telepathic phenomena. It could be echoes from large ND emotions experienced in a moment that continues on until it can be processed.
