Meet the ultimate predator…The wheel bug(Arilus cristatus). A member of the assassin bug family. They use their curved proboscis to deliver liquifying venom into prey, but when threatened or attacked they deliver a completely different, excruciating venom to their foe. The pain of the venom has been compared to a gunshot wound, high volt electrocution, as well as a rattle snake bite.
