It’s mind blowing when you first learn as an ADHD girl that the “on edge” feeling is the body begging for movement! The body begs for movement by sending distress signals… 🚩 but sometimes we can intellectualize those feelings and name them “anxiety”! Your body wants you to move. We can’t think our way out of it, we need to move it out 🏓🏃‍♀️🏊
