Royal Mail. I hate you. I asked for an order to be collected on Monday, you said no one was home. A lie. My dad was home. I asked for you to collect it today. My parents left a note on the door saying the doorbell doesn’t work, to knock on the window, as they’re sat in the office. They’ve both been sat in the office all day. And you’ve said nobody was home. Have you even bothered to collect it?? What’s the actual point?? You’ve pissed me off.
