My response is "we're not a rental service". I'm not playing anymore with these folks.

Really crazy is the return of bedding. I worked in linens for years. We had to throw out returned sheets, but just divided up among staff.

Prices aren't going up because of this stuff. The only, and I mean ONLY reason prices keep going up is because of corporate Greed. There is no other reason and no room for debate on the subject. These people are still parasites on society but they are not the reason the price of anything is going up.

After prom, one dillards had over 50 dresses returned. Some stained, some ripped… all still had their tags.

I have never thought about returning items to a shop after a party or something. If its used, it stays. I don’t understand people, one of my friends told me she used to steal clothes from primark growing up and whilst at uni she would order clothes, wear them and then return them and claim she never wore them (didn’t even wash them). Safe to say i’m not friends with her anymore

People like you will be escorted directly into heaven when your time comes! 😁 I’ve never worked retail but I would want to harm customers who tried that crap if I had to deal with that. I was a customer service rep for a cable company for a few years and customers used to scream at me on a daily basis. That was super fun. 🙄

But were they taken back? If they were, she will continue to do this for ever. Shouting and finger pointing serves a purpose if she gets what she wants.

Working in customer service is hard enough w/entitled people believe they can do what they want, bitch, call the manager, I'm going to sue, etc But what's worse is the holidays! They act so much worse are stressed out & take it out on the employees. My "Happy Holidays" are ruined. Its just madness how many people don't understand working customer service is hard enough. I believe before you graduate HS, it should be req'd to work in customer svc for 6 mths so their brains will learn something!
