Opening up the keystone pipeline, allowing fracking, making off shore drilling easier again, making our country produce more of it's own energy, cutting red tape that it takes for business to operate and cutting small business taxes, making deals with foreign government that benefit America and not only the other country, etc.... all those will drive costs down.
