When I was a child, I saw a movie where the antagonist orchestrated the violent death of his own brother in order to become the authoritarian ruler of his brother’s country. He then manipulates his brother’s son into taking the blame for said death. Under the villain’s rule, famine and starvation occur. Ultimately, the villain dies by being eaten alive by his own followers as he begs for his life. I think if kids can watch The Lion King, they can watch a cartoon where a kid is transgender.
