Our barangay chairman is all talk no action when it comes to animal welfare. Sadly they are still accepting SURRENDERED PETS in the Barangay pound and look at the state of this pound in our village. Filthy and disgusting. Wag nalang kayo manghuli or tumanggap ng aso kung ganito lang magiging kalagayan nila. Akala siguro mga namamahala sa gobyerno e hindi dapat iprioritize ang animal welfare. Honestly it's a reflection of their values and level of education.
